Companies buy cheaply built furniture or create stylized backdrops designed purely to look good on a camera feed. But out at the Barstool Sports office in Chicago, content creator Dante The Don is quietly changing the playbook on what a workplace renovation can actually achieve. By aggressively transforming a previously unused space into a functional green space, Dante is (purposely or not) building an oasis for wildlife in the middle of a concrete jungle. He's not (to my knowledge) building a greenhouse, installing a beehive, or harboring endangered species, because all it takes is small choices.
